We had a pleasure of working with Fair Haven’s Burnaby Apartments – a non-profit housing provider offering independent living for seniors 55+ and tenants with disabilities. With a focus on comfort, durability, and accessibility, we renovated and styled key areas of the building to reflect warm, homey atmosphere while meeting the practical needs of their residents.

Thoughtful space planning allowed us to create barrier-free layouts and communal areas that encourage connection and ease of movement.
Sustainable, durable materials were selected to stand the test i time, while soft finishes and inviting touches made the spaces feel like home.

Each design decision for their communal areas as well as individual apartments was guided by the unique needs of the residents and the long term vision of Fair Haven.
